Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Hartford, CT)

Lumen Summit Staffing is a Hartford staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. You would join a large organisation of about 297 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about retention for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
