Lumen Cedar Legal Group provides legal services in Cincinnati across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about court deadlines for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
