Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Chicago, IL)

Greenridge Pine Community Partners Group is a Chicago charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about client intake for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
