Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Chicago, IL)

Rivermark Drift Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Chicago, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about supplier orders for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
