Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Charlotte, NC)

Fernwood Beacon Staffing is a Charlotte staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about onboarding for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
