Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Boston, MA)

Nova Loom Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Boston region, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about temp assignments for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
