Rivermark Field Staffing is a Boise staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Write clear copy about retention for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
