Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Birmingham, AL)

Highbridge Rowan Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Birmingham serving households and small businesses, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about branch operations for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
