Redstone Meadow Staffing is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on email campaigns for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about retention for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
