Rivermark Fern Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Birmingham focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Write clear copy about field visits for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
