Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Linden Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Baltimore serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about card disputes for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
