Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Glen Legal Group provides legal services in Toledo across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on content calendar. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about billing records for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
