Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Toledo, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our content calendar. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Write clear copy about customer tickets for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
