Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (San Jose, CA)

Fernwood Lakeside Legal Group is a law firm in San Jose serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on content calendar. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Write clear copy about intake forms for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
