Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (San Jose, CA)

Northwind Basin Banking Services is a community-focused bank in San Jose serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on content calendar. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about deposit accounts for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
