Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (San Jose, CA)

Harborlight Field Community Partners is a nonprofit in San Jose supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our content calendar. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write clear copy about benefits enrolment for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
