Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (Rochester, NY)

Silverline Fern Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Rochester. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on content calendar. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about loan files for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
