Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (Reno, NV)

Westbrook Cross Legal Group is a Reno practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our content calendar. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about billing records for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
