Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (remote)

Nova Mill Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Cincinnati serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on content calendar. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about branch operations for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
