Rivermark Ivory Hospitality Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on content calendar for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 710 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about guest bookings for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
