Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (remote)

Rivermark Quill Hospitality Associates operates hotels and event venues around Miami. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on content calendar. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about reviews and feedback for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
