Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (remote)

Westbrook Basin Hospitality Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on content calendar for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about guest bookings for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
