Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (Portland, OR)

Westbrook Basin Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Portland, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our content calendar. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people based in Portland. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about supplier orders for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
