Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (Portland, OR)

Nova Ember Staffing Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on content calendar for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Portland. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about temp assignments for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
