Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Yarrow Hospitality Group and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be content calendar. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about housekeeping schedules for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
