Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (Oakland, CA)

Westbrook Cobalt Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Oakland plant. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on content calendar. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about proofing for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
