Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (Oakland, CA)

Nova Hollow Arts Center is an arts centre in Oakland with a full calendar of events, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our content calendar. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Write clear copy about event logistics for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
