Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ivory Hospitality and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be content calendar. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about group events for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
