Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (Miami, FL)

Lumen Meadow Staffing is a Miami staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on content calendar. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about candidate screening for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
