Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (Louisville, KY)

Fernwood Labs is a nonprofit in Louisville supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on content calendar. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about grant reporting for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
