Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (Knoxville, TN)

Lumen Forge Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Knoxville serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on content calendar. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about loan files for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
