Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (Denver, CO)

Lumen Junction Staffing is a Denver staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our content calendar. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Denver. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about retention for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
