Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (Buffalo, NY)

Westbrook Oak Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Buffalo presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our content calendar. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about event logistics for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
