Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Tulsa, OK)

Highbridge Hollow Arts Center is an arts centre in Tulsa with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Write clear copy about visitor services for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
