Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Tulsa, OK)

Bright Wren Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Tulsa area. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about reviews and feedback for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
