Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (San Jose, CA)

Northwind Union Banking Services is a community-focused bank in San Jose serving households and small businesses, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about branch operations for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
