Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (San Diego, CA)

Ironwood Ember Staffing connects candidates and employers across the San Diego region, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write clear copy about retention for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
