Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (San Antonio, TX)

Nova Junction Staffing Group is a San Antonio staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Write clear copy about retention for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
