Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Quill Hospitality and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be community programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about housekeeping schedules for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
