Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Thistle Press and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be community programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Write clear copy about press runs for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
