Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Richmond, VA)

Nova Maple Community Partners is a Richmond charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about benefits enrolment for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
