Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Richmond, VA)

Silverline Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Richmond area. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about guest bookings for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
