Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Reno, NV)

Lumen Basin Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Reno, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about customer tickets for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
