Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Highbridge Fern Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Minneapolis, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about card disputes for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
