Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Harborlight Forge Legal Group is a San Antonio practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about court deadlines for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
