Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Westbrook Forge Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Sacramento, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about supplier orders for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
