Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Ironwood Lakeside Legal Group is a Grand Rapids practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about court deadlines for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
