Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Quill Banking Services Group and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be community programmes. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Write clear copy about card disputes for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
