Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Harborlight Sparrow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Virginia Beach presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about ticketing for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
