Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Forge Telecom Group and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be community programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write clear copy about customer tickets for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
